OBJETIVOS GENERALES: al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de:

1. Discutir los principales aspectos de las corrientes de la calidad total a nivel mun-
dial.
2. Utilizar las principales estrategias de la calidad total.

TEMAS PRINCIPALES:

1. Conceptos fundamentales de la calidad, de acuerdo a: Deming, Juran, Ishikawa,
Feigenbaum y Taguchi.
2. Las siete herramientas estadísticas básicas para el control total de la calidad.
3. Control estadístico de procesos.
4. Inspección y Pruebas.
5. Muestreo de aceptación.
