OBJETIVOS GENERALES: al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de:

1. Reconocer la importancia de la función notarial y registral como medios para lograr la seguridad jurídica.
2. Identificar los aspectos más relevantes de la función del Notario en la elaboración de los instrumentos en que se consignan los hechos y actos jurídicos.
3. Relacionar temas de derecho civil con el derecho notarial.
4. Explicar los principios registrales que organizan y sustentan la función registral.

1. El Notario.
2. La responsabilidad del Notario.
3. El archivo general de notarías y el Colegio de Notarios.
4. Los principios registrales.
5. El sistema registral.
6. La finca como unidad básica registral.
7. La práctica del derecho notarial y registral.
