OBJETIVOS GENERALES: al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de:

1. Identificar los principios de planeación por escenarios futuros.
2. Utilizar el modelo de planeación por escenarios futuros.
3. Comparar el modelo de planeación por escenarios futuros con otros modelos de planeación.

1. Análisis del contexto.
2. Principios de planeación por escenarios.
3. Manejo de incertidumbre.
4. Los escenarios futuros vistos hoy.
5. Conceptos opcionales de planeación de largo plazo.
6. Aplicaciones y construcción de escenarios para una empresa.
