OBJETIVOS GENERALES: al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de:

1. Explicar la composición, estructura y propiedades químicas de las biomoléculas.
2. Analizar las principales reacciones que experimentan las biomoléculas.
3. Identificar la participación e importancia de las biomoléculas en los procesos biológicos.
4. Señalar la asociación entre la pérdida de salud de un individuo y la alteración en la disposición y/o función de las principales biomoléculas.

4. Lípidos.
