OBJETIVOS GENERALES: al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de:

1. Analizar la relevancia del análisis económico para la toma de decisiones financieras en la empresa.
2. Elaborar modelos apropiados para el análisis financiero.
3. Aplicar la teoría financiera para diagnosticar y solucionar problemas financieros en la empresa.

TEMAS PRINCIPALES:

1. La naturaleza de las finanzas y los objetivos de la empresa.
2. El valor del dinero en el tiempo.
3. La planeación y el control financiero.
4. La teoría de la utilidad en condiciones de incertidumbre.
5. Introducción a la teoría de portafolio.
6. Equilibril del mercado y el CAMP y la teoría de portafolio.
